Lackawanna County encourages the use of this site as a way to share information and knowledge in support of the County's goals and objectives. The site is owned and operated by Lackawanna County.

Limitations of Use

A person visiting the Lackawanna County web site may download material only for his or her own personal, non-commercial use, or for dissemination by news media, and may not otherwise copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise transfer any material.

Discussion Boards are the only pages that contain information that may not reflect Lackawanna County's opinions; however these boards are moderated by a Lackawanna County content administrator.
